F+ is the mood that wants to play!

It’s the mood you’re probably familiar with once you’ve had a few drinks and are really going for it on the dance-floor!

F+ is the Feeling Disposition at its most energetic and optimistic.

F+ likes to make everything into a game, and adds a touch of sparkle, glamour and flirtatious cheekiness to most things: work or play.

It’s about giving, receiving and being Charming.

At its best, it’s playful, imaginative, creative and spontaneous.

At its worst, it’s irresponsible, unrealistic, narcissistic and chaotic.

We all have an F+ on our Moods Palette and, depending on how high far to the left it sits in your Moods Signature, you’ll either feel that this way of dealing with the world is ‘fun’ or shows an irritating lack of maturity.
